77 Water Street
Located on Water Street, between Govuveneur Lane and Old Slip, in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District, is the 26-story, 77 Water Street.
The building features an open plaza area, with an array of interesting elements, including honey locust trees, streams, foot bridges and a wood-framed, turn-of-the-century-style candy store. The crowning jewel of 77 Water Street is a sculptured steel replica of a World War I Sopwith Camel fighter plane, which serves as an endless source of delight and fascination for visitors who catch a glimpse of the unusual object adorning the roof.
On the partial 24th floor are four brand new pre-built units, each with great light and views – 5,325 and 5,832 rentable square feet, as well as 6,847 and 7,354 rentable square feet. The corridor and restrooms are both brand new.
