The building features a cascading series of landscaped terraces and hanging gardens as its signature element.

Floors are expected to be delivered for tenant construction between Q2 – Q4 2021.
Available floors start on the 22nd floor and run through the 65th and top floor, with floor plates ranging in size from 43,675 – 48,379 rentable square feet in the mid rise, and from 35,262 – 43,348 rentable square feet in the high rise.
