Situated at the southern tip of Manhattan, on the corner of Pearl and State Streets, and a defining feature of the downtown Manhattan skyline with its 42-story, curvilinear glass facade, is 17 State Street, one of downtown’s premier office towers.
Outside the building lobby, a glass rotunda featuring a lighting installation by Carsten Holler, is an inviting, landscaped plaza.
