Located on the southwest corner of 33rd Street and Tenth Avenue, the 90-story Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates designed 30 Hudson Yards will be New York City’s second tallest building.
Available spaces include the entire 43,135 rentable square foot 60th floor, which can be divided down 9,000 rentable square feet, and the entire 44,954 rentable square foot 67th floor. Both floors are column free and feature floor-to-ceiling glass offering panoramic views in all directions.
30 Hudson Yards has a dramatic triple height lobby, direct access to premier restaurants and retailers, and a direct underground connection to the new 7 line subway station.
