300 Lafayette Street
Located at the gateway to SoHo, on the corner of Houston, Crosby and Lafayette Streets, is the CookFox Architects designed 300 Lafayette Street, the first new class-A office building in the SoHo submarket in over 100 years. The building’s facade will integrate terra cotta and limestone, along with completely transparent glass and organic life – with the building’s design inspired by principles of biophilia.
The virtually column free floors, which range in size from 6,586 to 13,899 rentable square feet, feature floor-to-ceiling glass and outdoor terraces with indigenous species on every floor. The penthouse floor features indoor/outdoor fireplaces and incorporates a Nana folding wall system that allows the glass walls between the office and the outdoor space to fold open. Building amenities include bike storage and en-suite showers.
